Duck or Goose????

Dustin and I were having a discussion over the birds in the background. (I didn't take another picture of them, sorry). Excuse the bird in the foreground. Are they Ducks or Geese?? I say they are Ducks. Below is a photo of Geese and another type of Duck. DuckDuckGooseBy the way, who knew Seagulls like cold weather, and the Rocky Mountains???? They migrated here once it got cold.

Ava

Ava said her first word today. Any guesses on what it was............................Of Course it had to be Da Da! What's up with my kids and having da da be their first word? Oh well, I suppose it could be worse. Good thing they have an awesome Dad!

Christmas 2009 again....

Sorry I don't know why the videos didn't show up. Hopefully I will be able to fix it, if not sorry no pictures from Christmas :(

Washington Here We Come....

Well it looks like we will be moving to the Tri Cities, WA at the end of February. We will live there for the next 12-18 months. Dustin and I are excited for a new adventure! We will be sad to leave our ward and friends in Pueblo though. Below are a couple of pictures I found of Tri Cities.

Christmas 2009

While we were in Las Vegas for Christmas I took a few videos that I've decided to post. The first one is of Ian making sugar cookies with Grandma Sandy. The second one is of Ian and Tori making a mess out of Grandma's laundry room. The third movie is our Nativity read by Bryson. Ian was supposed to be Joseph but he refused, so Dustin became Joseph and Ian became the baby Jesus.

I couldn't fit my camera in our suitcase, so sorry, videos is all you're going to get.

Dustin's work Christmas Party

Last weekend we went to Dustin's work Christmas Party in The Springs. We won a gift card for a massage Whahooo! Guess who gets to redeem it? Anyway I was proud of the finger wave I did in the front of my hair, however you can't see it very well in this picture, hopefully we will get more emailed to us and I will post them.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This was our first Thanksgiving by ourselves. It was very weird. Dustin and I started potty training Ian that day so he was eating all kinds of crackers, pretzles and other snacks. So in the end he wasn't even hungry for Thanksgiving dinner (at lunchtime). So he and Ava went down for a nap and Dustin and I ate by ourselves. It was so quiet! By the way the potty training is going great. No more diapers for Ian except at night, Yay! So this year I am Thankful for Holly Llewellyn inspiring me to start potty training. Here is Ian the Pilgrim.

And Ava the Indian.
