Last week we took Ava to the doctor for a check up. She weighs 10 lbs 5 oz. and is 22 1/2 inches long. The doctor said she looks healthy and is doing all a 2 month old should be doing and more. Things Ava can do at 2 months:
-She loves smiling!!
-She will lay on the floor as long as someone is there for her to stare at.
-She's learn to sit up in her bumbo chair.
-She loves sleep on her belly (she won't go to sleep on her back)
-She loves to sit up while being held, and likes to stand with help.
-She likes to watch her brother run around.
-She can lift her head completely up while laying on her stomach.
-She sleeps from 11:30pm to 7 am.
I was thinking of more things but they've escaped my mind for now. We love having Ava in our house.

Utah
We just got back from being in Utah for just about two weeks. I took so many pictures I decided to do a slideshows for every couple of days we were there. (I'm still trying to get used to my new camera so don't judge the pictures too harshly.) The first weekend we spent in Panguitch and our friends the Martin's came to visit from Vegas. As well as my brother John and his family. We chased sheep and played in the backyard, had dutch oven for dinner, and you can't forget about getting a "Chubby" at Henrie's Drive in.
Next we spent Monday-Wednesday at the Cabin with Dustin's Grandparents. We rode 4-wheelers, watched the chipmunks and birds, and Dustin's grandma had 11 deer at the cabin eating some watermelon rines and grain. Thursday we went to Manti and went to the temple. We were able to seal some of my ancestors from the year 1547. It was amazing! Friday all of my family showed up to Panguitch (With the exception of my brother Michael and my sister Annesa, who were greatly missed).
Saturday was Ava's blessing, Dustin did a great job! Thanks to all who participated. We had a luncheon and of course watched the BYU football game, where they beat Oklahoma, a huge but pleasant suprise. Saturday night Mindy and Tiffany got almost everyone to do Ab Ripper from the P90X DVDs with them. Needless to say, it was pretty hilarious watching them.
Sunday we headed back to the cabin and spent the day with Dustin's family. We played hand and foot, and ate some delicious ribs Bryson made. It was a ton of fun.
Monday-Tuesday we went back to Panguitch and Tiffany pulled us on the sled behind the 4-wheeler. We had lunch out to Fosters and went hiking in Red Canyon (I always forget how amazing Bryce and Red Canyon are).
Wednesday we headed back home.
Thanks to all who came to support Ava on her special day! And thanks to Dustin's Grandparent for letting us stay at the cabin. Also thanks to my Mom and Dad for letting use their house for the blessing and having almost 50 people there. I hope you all enjoy the pictures.
