Happy 3rd Birthday Ian!
Race on over to Ian's 3rd Birthday...
We celebrated Ian's birthday today, eventhough his birthday isn't until tomorrow.
Ian the night before his Birthday Party, with his Lightning Mcqeen cake...
This was the first time I've ever used fondant, it was an interesting experience. I think we figured this cake took about 4 hours to make. It made Ian super happy so it was well worth the time. Just don't look too close at it, or you'll see all my mistakes...
Here is his racing flags, Happy Birthday banner, if you can't read what it says...
The morning of Ian's party, he can't wait for his friends to get here. Unfortunatly only two of the 5 friends could make it.
It's time for Mater Pinata...
Ava had to show up all the boys and knock the candy out...

Here goes the Big race with Colby/Lightning Mcqueen; Dashall/Chick Hicks; and Ian/The King...
Bahamas Cruise
I'm finally finding a minute to blog about our Cruise. We took a ton of pictures, so I'm trying to keep it to a minimum. We set sail on the Monarch of the Seas on Monday September 13th. It was a 5 day 4 night cruise, and we had a blast. We cruised with our good friends, Matt and Holly Llewellyn. I think we ate more soft serve ice cream than should be allowed. I'll try to explain the pictures as we go.
First we have our ship...
Upon arrival we decided to familiarize ourselves with the ship...
And obviously figure out where the food is....Even more important the ice cream machine....

Our first stop was Coco Cay, a private island owned by Royal Carribean...Cool Pelican...
When we went snorkeling we came across a few stingrays. The largest was probably at least 5 feet across the wing span. It was amazing...

Everyone else saw some jellyfish. I unfortunately, or fortunately didn't see one.
A few cool shells Holly and I found....
Next Dustin and Matt headed out...

I love this photo of Holly and Matt chillin in one of the many hammocks on the island.
Super cool palm trees...It was a beatiful island...

Matt and Holly on formal night....
And us on formal night....
The next stop was Nassau....We oblivously went to Atlantas to enjoy the Aquarium and Water Park. We are not sure as to how legal the wrist band we bought were, since we bought them from a local taxi driver who was very sly when picking them up from his buddy.
The room that is in the bridge part of the two buildings costs $25,000 per night, and you have to stay a minimum of 6 nights. I believe it is called the Michael Jackson Suite????
This is a ride that takes you through a see through tube with sharks swimming all around you. It was super cool...
The suba diver is cleaning the tube that you go through. While sharks are swimming all around him. Crazy...
These are the racing slides. Matt beat all of us with the fastest time. The one bad thing about these rides is the super duper wedgy that you get.
